These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Shree Anchors website and services.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Shree Anchors provides logistical coordination and supervision services including:

  • Container stuffing / de-stuffing supervision
  • Cargo tally & condition surveys
  • Customs documentation assistance (through CHA partners)
  • Local transportation coordination
  • Coordination with CFS / ICD / port authorities
  • Vessel cargo surveys

We are not a freight forwarder or customs broker — we act as an execution partner/representative for our clients and forwarder partners.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure:

  • All documents and shipment details shared are accurate
  • Required permissions are granted for port/CFS/warehouse entry
  • Cargo is ready and accessible at the agreed time
  • Any hazardous cargo is informed in advance with MSDS

Delays caused by missing documents or access issues are not Shree Anchors’ responsibility.

3. Liability

Shree Anchors is not responsible for:

  • Damage or loss of cargo during handling by port operators, shipping lines, or transporters
  • Delays caused by customs, CFS, port authorities, transporters, or weather
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipment information provided by the client

We provide supervision and coordination services, not physical cargo handling.

4. Confidentiality

All business-related information shared with us is kept confidential and used only to execute the shipment.

5. Payments

  • Service charges are based on mutually agreed scope.
  • Invoices are payable as per terms mentioned in the quotation/work order.
  • Additional charges may apply for urgent or extended-hour operations.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours prior.
  • Last-minute cancellations may attract a service charge.

7. Governing Law

All disputes are subject to Maharashtra jurisdiction (India).
